Gabriela Rocha Caballero is an artist, author, sustainable tourism advocate, and mindful educator with over 20 years of experience in public relations, eco-tourism, storytelling, sustainability, and wellness practices.
She is the creator of Tiny Chefs Around the World, I AM LOVE, and Cosmic Art & Nature Explorers — three beloved children’s programs now thoughtfully combined into this one-of-a-kind summer retreat.
As the founder of Suddha Prem, a holistic lifestyle brand, and author of the cookbook memoir My Mama’s Healing Soups, Gabriela is passionate about helping children connect with nature, culture, and their inner light through food, art, and mindful movement.

Located across from the Uxmal Pyramids and Temples, The Lodge at Uxmal is a historic resort with a working plantation, as well as two outdoor swimming pools, open year round and the adjacent Choco-Story Cacao and Chocolate Museum.

Learn the story of Chocolate, one of the Maya’s gifts to the world, and see actual cacao trees growing on the grounds.
